Salomon Helperin - Said Belhaj - Samuel Helperin - Roy Andersson

The World Wide Wind Ensemble perform on different kind of wind instruments
from all over the world. Zorna, shells, shofar, trumpets, alphorn.
Swedish folkmusic as well as music from all over the world, in a culture mixture.
Sacral and secular, traditional and improvised.

The music comes from the development of the traditional folkmusic-instrument.
The "naverlur", the nordic form of "alphorn", is special design for use of
stophorn-technique with one hand. That's make it possible to play almost
cromatic insted of just play on the naturetonescale. In the same way we use shells.
So, as a creating musician, it is now possible to play any melodi we like.
We also use other folkmusic-instrument like cowhorn, clayflute,,,
For some outdoors concerts in the landscapes we use The Typhone Organ.

We have realy freedom without any limitations to create new forms of folkmusic.
We are based in the tradition, but curious to develop it.

We have differet kind of "lineups" - type of concerts. In the wilds, in churches,
in concert halls, on big festivals and small parties.

We also gives concerts with chorus and other ensembles.
